Merge similar items

Instead of displaying individual items, this choice will combine items that represent the same project or task for each day. There are 2 ways of making items similar:
* same text in all the title (what you write in calendar mode)
* same text in front of the first colon symbol.

Example of colon usage

The following three items:

Project A: Planning 2hr
Project B: Meeting 2hr
Project A: Meeting 3hr

...will render as:

Project A 5hr
Project B 2hr

You can also mix items with and without colons. Everything up to the first colon is considered the task. Everything after the first colon is disregarded. If a colon is missing, the whole text is considered the task.
